What We Do
Cenorin has been developing technologies that help assure the safe reprocessing of reusable semi-critical and non-critical devices for more than 40 years. Our processes, technologies, and systems have been used by individual hospitals, a variety of medical clinics, and FDA-registered third-party reprocessors. Our expertise lies in creating effective products that support sustainability, enhance safety, and provide value.
Cleaning & Thermal High-Level Disinfection Systems
Our cleaning and Thermal High-Level Disinfection (THLD) technology uses a thermal, full-immersion process to process reusable semi-critical devices. The 610 THLD System is FDA cleared for reprocessing devices in respiratory departments and sleep centers using only hot water and a validated cleaning solution. Featuring an integrated printer, intuitive touch-activated controls, and ergonomic trays, the system automates soil removal and disinfection, reduces landfill waste, and helps facilities manage budgets and supply chain bottlenecks.
Medical Device Drying Systems
Our medical device drying systems, 50 Series Dryers, provide HEPA filtration that removes 99.97% of particles ≥ 0.3 microns. Designed with advanced airflow technology, customizable shelf placement, and touch-activated controls, these systems dry most devices as low as 30 minutes. By decreasing wait times before sterilization and reducing canceled low-temperature cycles, they support SPD workflow efficiency and help facilities meet AAMI (ST79, ST91) standards and AORN guidelines.
Lumen Drying Systems
To address complex devices, the LD 200 Lumen Drying System integrates with the 50 Series Dryers to dry internal lumens using controlled, low-pressure HEPA-filtered air while chamber heat dries exterior surfaces. Validated to dry up to 10 robotic surgical instruments in as low as 30 minutes. The LD 200 can also dry up to four high-risk flexible endoscopes. The system features intuitive quick-connects that load in just two minutes. This system helps reduce O.R. complaints regarding retained moisture, facilitates effective sterilization, and reduces inventory needs.
Our technologies support sustainability efforts by employing cleaning and disinfection processes, and by enabling a significant reduction in single-use device waste streams. Our systems and products support the reprocessing needs of surgical, central processing, respiratory care, anesthesia, sleep labs, and other services that desire safe reuse of their semi- and non-critical devices.
Our interactions with customers are guided by our corporate values of integrity, respect, service, stewardship, and collaboration. We get to know our customers holistically so we can help them select the proper products and/or services for their current and anticipated needs. We continue to work closely with customers to help them make the best use of their Cenorin technologies and achieve lasting value from their investment over the expected life of the products.
